- I was listening to Team1040 yesterday when B-Mac asked Ballard this question. Immediately after he asked and got the smartass comment B-Mac replied, "Of course, I should've known better than to ask you that question." I actually noted it down because I was laughing so hard and I wanted to post it on Tumblr too!
I was curious, so I looked into some old photos….and I was right!

Canucks Team Store: Where the Players Shop
I used to be like, “YEAH RIGHT THE PLAYERS SHOP THERE HAHA.” until Britt told me she saw Daniel Sedin there. Now every time I hear that I mention that story haha
It’s true! Brit and I went after the season was over two years ago and Daniel was at the register buying his own jerseys to take home with him back to Sweden.
We wanted to say hi and maybe get his autograph, but we weren’t sure which twin he was so we didn’t want to go up to him and be like “Hey….you. Good job…guy, champ, buddy.”
In retrospect we could’ve said “Mr. Sedin! Great fans!”…but alas, we were not so clever until after he had left, back to the Swedish motherland.
These are some amazing Canucks pumpkins. I will not even try to replicate them, because I know if I do…well…it won’t be pretty.
Then again, as we all learned in June, maybe Canuck fans should stay away from fire…
